What can I do for my birthday, that doesn't cost much money? It's the last one of my 20s, so I'd like something more than just the pub. All my friends are poor, though, so as fun as skydiving sounds, no dice. No place to rent around London to suitably host a large party either.

So far, all I can think of is dressing up as a musketeer and taunting the guards at Buckingham Palace, and paintball in Elektrowerkz. Maybe even during Slimelight, that'd be really entertaining.

Anyone has a good idea?

Picnics in interesting places are good. The Horse might have space.

Treasure hunting around London, jumping and hopping on and off busses (everyone will have a travelcard, non? no need to spend extras). Every team wears a different colour and is accompanied by a blockbuster playing loud annoying music. Choose maybe a central area with well known places in order to minimize the time wasted on travelling around.
Final party could be held either in Trafalgar square or in a park of your choice.
Takes a lot of preparation but could be fun. You need to have a volunteer that will always be ahead of the game, and will hyde the treasure in the final spot once everyone is there (you don't want it to get stolen in the meantime....)
