say, wanna come dance to really bloody elitarist new wave in milan? It's midweek but you're a resourceful young man. Also, there is a younger photocopy of you that we already christened "Nicolas", so you might as well check you in a parallel reality when you're barely legal.

I now have crashing space in my new house, provided you don't start whining that local croissants just can't cut it.

Ah, I was thinking of going down to Milan in the near future! It's the first time in ages I'm not in Italy for Easter :)
Thank you for the invite... Vale already offered to host me (us? the lovely Cressida expressed an interest in coming down to see the fascist architecture), a while ago, but I don't know if she still likes me because I'm terrible at answering mails. When you say midweek, do you mean *this* week?
Also, I AM barely legal. That clone will be disintegrated Captain Blood style.

well. not many midweek left because it closes for Summer, so you'd have to make a blitz. It's on Thursday. But I will skip a week ìcause I have to go home for some days.
I'm not sure Vale has the Net in her brand new home, so if you have messages I can act as a go-between.

Hmmm. May, maybe? Tell her I'm a sorry lazy buffoon, and I'll make it up in heaps of chocolate :-)

may 4?
1) my birthday (i will get SO OLD that by now all your advanced maths skills won't help you count the number of years).<I know this would give you enough comedy material ALL NIGHT LONG. 2) good DJ set in that place, Albert from Channel 83 playing. Overdressing is the norm. Acting like the world belongs to you is the norm too :P 3) possibility to go to some EBM-truzz place if Val or Anna wish to abduct you on Friday.

just follow www.myspace.com/cruelsynth and decide which night takes your fancy, but not May 30-31 because i'm not there.

Well, I don't really like clubs anymore, so the night doesn't really matter. I'll check with work for the dates but 4th and 11th of May sound the most likely; til the Monday I guess, since tickets are still under a pound.

On this words, to bed! I'm not going to be a happy frog when I wake up in 4 hours...

How does 18th-22nd of May sound?

well, sounds like the only party where I wanted to take you is on the very night you arrive; for the rest of the week I'll hear what is the EBM nightlife from Valentina.

I suggest we start a mail thread about this, including Vale (because I nearly didn't read this!)

Not that I can possibly hope you'll read and answer to this either.....but anyway, if you and Cressida have to organise to come to Milan please avoid the period from the 11th to 15th of May for I'll be in London!!!

:-P
I do read and answer, because the weight of the guilt is becoming too heavy for even my immoral mind to bear. I was thinking to come between the 18th and 22nd of May, how does that sound? And are you coming to do something special in London, or are you up for treats? :-)

yeah, tell me about it. the only good out of it is that I feel like a nabab when I travel to, oh, 95% of all other places on Earth. Hey! It's free! Everything's free! *goes on a capitalist rampage*

it's amazing: you can either eat DIVINE local food for a few dimes, and take taxis for like 50 p; at the other end of the spectrum you can blow half a European salary on a meal in a superposh restaurant; there is nothing much in the middle. Weird place.

Aww... come back to Italy, you frog! There's Magritte, Helmut Newton and Erwin Olaf to see... and a shitload of french jokes that I yearn to tell :-P

Hi, this is Monkey, friend of Raché's we met after a TG awhile back...
She tells me you'd know of a place I might get red velvet for curtains at a good price?

Indeed! Just in front of Goldhawk Road tube station, on Goldhawk Road itself, is a shop called A One Fabrics or something like that, with two more fabric shops to the right. All these have different velvets from about £4 to £7 a metre, with £4 being fine (that's the one I bought) and £7 really good quality. And you can severely barter the price down, too!
